We supply different size attachments allowing you to cut all of the G Series badge sizes.

Adjustable to fit a variety of dies. Due to the nature of the mechanics, it can cut up to 50 sheets at a time with minimum effort.

Assembly Instructions

• Before using the machine the die cuts will need adjusting
• Place your printed paper onto the nylon base and place your chosen die cut over the print and under the central lever
• Pull the lever until the plunger reaches the top of the die
• Adjust the plunger clockwise until it connects with the die
• It is important to make sure the lever is full to the lowest point
• Once adjusted, release the lever and give an extra half turn to the plunger
• Test the cutting process by pulling down the lever giving a light pressure over the die to cut the paper
• If the test cut is perfect the machine has been correctly adjusted, if not please start the adjustment process again
• Please be aware if too much pressure is applied the paper and die may get stuck in the nylon base and shorten the lifetime of the machine
• Once happy with the adjustment, tighten the screw on the plunger
• Take your paper ready to be cut, place the selected die cutter over the top, place under the plunge and press the lever down with little pressure on the handle
